Being my first trip to Australia I wanted to see as much as possible and trust me, I did! Time practically stood still as I gazed in astonishment at the Sydney Opera House, something I see everyday in brochures was right in front of me, all I could think was ‘who would have thought I would actually be here’!
I experienced so many new things; snorkelling with sharks was an adventure to say the least! I barely had time to recover before I was off to the surf lesson with ‘Munga’. I was petrified of doing this and he encouraged me the whole way. I couldn’t have stood on that board without the support of my team.
I had such a memorable time, we had laughs wherever we were, and the friends I have made will last a lifetime.

Australia never disappoints -- my third trip and still new places and states, Brisbane's Gold Coast, Adelaide and Kangaroo Island and Perth.
It was a truly awesome, non-stop adrenalin rush: what form of transport did we not experience? Planes, train, automobile, quad bikes, jet boats, helicopter, rollercoasters, rally cars, bicycles, boats and catamaran.
We were wined and dinned on superb food and local wines, but the highlight of my trip and the most unforgettable experience was Kangaroo Island, where I saw the most native wildlife coming face to face with seals at Seal Bay in their natural habitat. This destination was beyond my expectations.
